 Bring a friend\, your family\, it's for everyone and it 
 will be fun! We also have pizza and pop afterwards. It's $10 for adults an
 d $5 for kids (6 and up). You just need a clean pair of running shoes\, wa
 rm clothes and a helmet if you are under 12 years of age.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
