Join Our New Fun Industrial League

For many years the Midland Curling Club along with many local businesses worked together to have a very successful Industrial/Business curling community. Due to COVID this great league and the community disappeared.

This is your invitation to join our Industrial Curling League and revive the community spirit in Midland. The industrial league is looking for 10 teams that will take part each week curling against other businesses or companies within the community. The players are your employees or family members with curling to be Thursday evenings at 7:00pm. Each team will need 4 players each week and can be a different combination of players therefore all employees or family members can join. It is a mixed league and can be players of different skills and abilities but must be 19 years of age or older.

The benefits for your team (company) would be a reward for your employees and an opportunity for them to do some physical exercise and team building outside of the business. The league results will be posted each week on the wall in our club for all members and the public who visit the club. It will be on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) and your team will have the chance to win the championship cup, that can be displayed in your business. 

In Summary:

What: Join our Industrial League,compete against other businesses in the community to win the Industrial League Championship and revive the community spirit.

How much: Just $1200 for 23 weeks of curling, prizes and food.

For Whom: Your employees and their families. (must be 19 years or older). Any athletic ability is fine. Just need to fill your team of 4 players each week.

Equipment needed: A clean pair of running shoes and some warm clothing. Sticks, brooms, sliders, grippers are all available at the club. Team uniforms are optional but encouraged.
