This league follows the Learn-to-Curl program, but is open to everyone. There is no requirement of having completed a Learn-to-Curl Program, but having some history of instruction is strongly recommended. The games are supported by certified instructors or experienced players.
Doubles
The Doubles league is played with two-person teams and curlers should have some curling experience before joining. This is a fast and strategic game. Each team delivers five stones per end. The player delivering the team's first stone of the end must also deliver the team's last stone of that end. The other team member delivers the team's second, third and fourth stones for that end. Registration is by team but individuals can join and be paired with a playing partner when one becomes available.

Team make up is completely open and can be any combination of mixed or same sex players with a team’s roster not limited to a player’s home club. The league provides an afternoon of good quality curling in a fun, social environment that offers the opportunity to form curling friendships with players outside your home club.
The season consists of a round robin series followed by a 4-week playoff ladder. All teams earn a spot in the playoff round with seedings set by won/loss records. Teams eliminated from the championship round fall back into a skins game pool.
In addition to a player’s home club registration fee a nominal team prize money fee is collected at the start of the season. Additionally, the league operates a mandatory weekly team 50/50 draw. 100% of prize monies and 50/50 contributions are used towards season ending playoff cash and skins games payouts.
When registrations exceed 10 teams a second draw is added with a start time of 11:00 AM. All teams are scheduled to rotate equally through both start times.
